Security reports

When reporting a suspected security problem, provide enough technical information for investigation without accessing, modifying, downloading or exposing information belonging to other users. Do not publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability before giving us a reasonable opportunity to investigate it.

Copyright and content concerns

A copyright or intellectual-property message should identify the relevant page, describe the protected work, explain the concern and provide reliable contact information. We may request additional information before taking action.

Response times

We aim to review legitimate enquiries as soon as reasonably practical. Response time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue, message volume and whether technical investigation is required.

Sending a message does not guarantee that a requested tool, correction, partnership or feature will be accepted or implemented.

Before contacting us: review the instructions and frequently asked questions on the relevant tool page. Many common input, file-format and browser issues are explained there.
